How to get free, impartial and confidential advice

If you need advice, information or guidance, Falkirk Citizens Advice Bureau is here for you.

Advice in Person

It’s easy to get in touch with us, whichever way suits you best.

As your safety is important to us, please continue to contact us by telephone or email if you are able to do so.

If you are unable to contact us by telephone or email we are operating a restricted open door service.

Our opening hours are: Mon. Tue Thu & Fri between 10am-3pm
If you contact us this way, you may still be given a telephone appointment, or an appointment to return at a later date.

You'll find more information about locations and opening hours on our Visiting Us page.

Phone us

Give us a call to get advice on any issues or problems you’re facing, or to arrange an appointment at the bureau.

We can help with relatively simple issues over the phone, particularly if you’re looking for a quick answer to something straight-forward.

Email us

Send us an email with information about the issue you’re having and what type of advice you would like. Email is a useful way to contact us if you don't need an answer urgently. We’ll aim to get back to you as soon as possible, but please note that we cannot give individual advice over email.
