Advice in Person- restricted service

Covid is still with us, please continue to contact us by telephone or email if you can.

If you attend in person, you may be given an appointment to return

We operate a TRIAGE system  to streamline our service in order to be better able to prioritise your enquiry and deal with it more effectively. This also helps Covid spread by minimising the number of people in our office at one time.

Give us a call to get advice on any issues or problems you’re facing, or to arrange an appointment at the bureau.

We can help with relatively simple issues over the phone, particularly if you’re looking for a quick answer to something straight-forward.

Email us

Send us an email with information about the issue you’re having and what type of advice you would like. Email is a useful way to contact us if you don't need an answer urgently. We’ll aim to get back to you as soon as possible, but please note that we cannot give individual advice over email.
